XP bottling is a feature in the MCTeams servers that allows players to store experience, or XP, in the form of bottles o' enchanting. To bottle your XP, you must have experience and a bottle in your inventory, then put the bottle onto a crafting slot. You will then see an XP bottle appear and you can click it into your inventory. When the XP bottle is right clicked, it will automatically give you the XP levels and be replaced with a bottle.
